Lumi Place Treasure Hunters Loyalty Card is the official loyalty program
of the Lumi Place Community Shop.
Every £1 spent in the shop earns 1 point.
Once you collect 100 points or more, you can exchange them for Treasure Rewards such as shop vouchers, Lumi Place-branded items, and other special surprises.
The idea is simple:
More shopping → More points → More rewards → More money going back to support the community.
It’s our way of saying thank you to the amazing people who support the shop, while making every visit to Lumi Place feel a little bit like a treasure hunt.
Because at Lumi Place, shopping for good causes should also be a bit of fun.
Treasure Hunters Card
The Lumi Place Treasure Hunters Loyalty Card is something truly special. As far as we know, it is the first loyalty programme of its kind introduced in a community or charity shop environment.
While loyalty schemes are common in large retail chains, bringing this idea into a community-driven shop is a small revolution. Every pound spent turns into points, and those points turn into rewards — meaning the more people support the shop, the more benefits they receive and the more funds return to support the local community.

How to join?
Joining the scheme is simple. The Lumi Place Treasure Hunters Loyalty Card is fully digital and works through your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).
To enrol, simply sign up using the link below. After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation message with your digital loyalty card, which can then be added directly to your phone wallet.

1. About Lumi Place
Lumi Place Community Shop is operated by Lumi Place Community Interest Company (CIC), located at 9a Bebington Road, New Ferry, CH62 5BE, United Kingdom. The shop exists to support community initiatives including community support programmes, food redistribution initiatives and assistance for individuals and families in need. Participation in the loyalty programme does not create any financial or ownership rights in Lumi Place CIC.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to customers aged 16 or older or those with parental permission. Lumi Place reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation where misuse of the programme is suspected.
3. Digital Loyalty Card
The programme operates using a digital loyalty card which may be stored in Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or other approved digital platforms. The card must be presented at the time of purchase to collect points.
4. Earning Points
Participants earn 1 point for every £1 spent in Lumi Place Community Shop. Certain transactions such as donations or gift vouchers may be excluded. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Minimum Redemption Threshold
A minimum of 100 points is required before rewards (“Treasures”) can be redeemed.

7. Lumi VIP Treasure Hunter Status
Participants reaching 2000 points may qualify for Lumi VIP Treasure Hunter status which may include exclusive rewards, early access to items or special promotions.
8. Secret Treasures
Lumi Place may occasionally offer surprise rewards known as Secret Treasures during promotions or special community events.
9. Redeeming Points
Points may only be redeemed in person at Lumi Place Community Shop and will be deducted when a reward is claimed.
10. Expiry of Points
Unless stated otherwise, points may expire after 24 months from the date they were earned.
11. Non‑Transferability
Points cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash and remain the property of Lumi Place.
12. Fraud or Misuse
Lumi Place reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove points where fraudulent activity or misuse of the programme is suspected.
13. Programme Changes
Lumi Place may modify or terminate the programme, reward structure or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
14. Data Protection
Lumi Place processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Lumi Place is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZB916476.
